A. Information from our clients (brand partners)

When you visit the Site to inquire about our services, we collect:

• Contact information: name, email, company name, and campaign details you submit via our contact form or consultation booking.
• Usage data: standard web analytics collected via cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics), such as pages viewed, referring source, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address, used to understand and improve site performance.

B. Information from talent (creators)

We recruit talent on behalf of our clients. We do not collect private data from creators through this website. Instead, we identify potential creators using:

• Publicly available information: data creators have voluntarily made public on social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), including usernames, follower counts, and public business emails.
• Direct communication: information a creator provides if we contact them about a campaign, such as rates, portfolio links, and reply content.

2. Analytics and cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and campaign performance. This includes first-party analytics cookies and, where enabled, Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some site functionality but will not prevent you from browsing the Site or contacting us.

3. Email outreach practices

On behalf of our clients, we email creators to propose brand partnerships. Every outreach message identifies the brand on whose behalf we are writing, includes a way to decline or opt out of future contact, and is sent only to publicly available or creator-provided business contact points. We honor opt-out requests promptly and do not sell or share creator contact information outside of the campaign it was sourced for.

4. How we use information

• For clients: to process inquiries, manage your account, and run recruitment campaigns.
• For talent:to match public creator profiles against a client's Ideal Creator Profile and to facilitate outreach for potential partnerships.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share creator profiles (portfolio and public stats) with the prospective brand client running the campaign, solely to evaluate fit. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Site and our outreach infrastructure (for example, email delivery and analytics providers), bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Data retention

We retain client contact and campaign data for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. We retain creator outreach records for the duration of the relevant campaign and, where a creator engages with multiple campaigns over time, for as long as reasonably useful to avoid duplicate or conflicting outreach. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for these purposes or upon a valid request.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of further contact. Creators who wish to be removed from our outreach lists, and clients with questions about their data, can submit a request using the contact details below; we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect client and creator data stored in our systems, and we limit access to personal information to team members who need it to perform their work.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
